Mr. Meyers, BA, LLB (UBC), is a corporate and securities lawyer who has been involved with and counsel to numerous private and public resource issuers in Canada. He has been actively involved with the resource markets for many years. Mr. Meyers holds two diplomas from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He is knowledgeable in financial matters pertaining to the mining industry and understands the principles of estimates, accruals and reserves, as well as internal controls and financial reporting pertinent to the Company.

Ferdynand (Fred) Kiernicki

Mr. Kiernicki has over 30 years experience as an exploration contractor and consultant for both private and public companies involved in the mineral exploration business. He is knowledgeable in financial matters pertaining to the mining industry and understands the principles of estimates, accruals and reserves, as well as internal controls. Mr. Kiernicki has also been a director since September 2003 of Hinterland Metals Inc. (TSXV: HMI) and a director of Opawica since January 2008. He serves as an independent member of the Company's Audit Committee.

Mark Lofthouse

Mr. Lofthouse has over 20 years experience as a real estate agent and private businessman.  He worked with the RE/MAX 2000 Realty Inc. (January 1999 to October 2007) in the BC lower mainland and has worked for Royal LePage Northstar since October 2007 and more recently has become a principal of LA Marketing which is a private real estate investment and marketing group. Mr. Lofthouse is a member in good standing with the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and has been continuously in good standing as a member since 1987.
